Spits all over Rangers
Back to back 5-1 victories on home ice have given the Windsor Spitfires a two games to none lead on the Kitchener Rangers.
Game 3 in the second round, best of seven, Ontario Hockey League Western Conference playoff series is slated for Monday at 7 p.m. in Kitchener.
Ryan Abraham paced the Spitfires to the Game 2 triumph before 5,700 fans at the WFCU Center. Abraham had a pair of goals while Noah Morneau, Liam Greentree and defenseman Conor Walton also tallied for Windsor, which outshot Kitchener by a 27-19 margin.
